Viveka Rydell-Anderson, CEO at the Pacific Vision Foundation, recently traveled to Sweden to participate in a Vitalis conference panel discussion about Mental Health in a Digital World: Perspectives from the USA and Scandinavia.

When relocating, Viveka notes that cultural differences are many. When relocating to the US, she recommends being more "outgoing", engaging in local activities, getting health insurance, opening a bank account/get credit card (which is important in the US to start building a credit score). Network with both American and Swedish communities for support.
